Sarah Louise Willingham is a British entrepreneur, investor, founder and CEO of Nightcap PLC, with extensive experience in the hospitality industry including managing Pizza Express expansion, running the Bombay Bicycle Club, Tootsies and the Real Greek for Clapham House group, and investing in the London Cocktail Club. She was a "Dragon" on the BBC television programme Dragons' Den on the thirteenth and fourteenth series across 2015-16. Management Today named her as one of the "35 most successful women under 35" in the UK. In January 2016, Willingham was named one of The Sunday Times' '500 Most Influential people in Britain' In 2017 Willingham received an honorary doctorate from Staffordshire University and in 2018 she received honorary doctorates from Cranfield University and Oxford Brookes University in recognition of her contribution to business and entrepreneurship.
