Oisin Rogers
co-founder
The Devonshire

Oisin made his name opening a series of iconic London pubs. His Linkedin profile says simply ‘A hospitality specialist and pub landlord, with over 30 years experience in the industry.’ Giles Coren, restaurant critic at The Times, is somewhat more effusive: ‘Osh really is the king of the London pub. He is to Guinness and pies what Jeremy King is to schnitzel Holstein and a glass of Krug or Ronald McDonald is to child obesity and diabetes — simply the doyen. And by going in with mighty Charlie “the beef guru” Carroll of Flatiron, with all the cash he needs behind him, no jittery backers to worry about, and time to get behind the bar where he belongs, great, great things are possible’. The Devonshire was co-founded with Charlie Carroll of Flat Iron fame and was distinguished with winning ‘opening of the year’ at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2024.
