Hannah is the talent and culture director of The Alchemist, the UK’s leading creative cocktail bar and restaurant business. Established in Manchester in 2010 and renowned for its highly theatrical drinks offer, the group now operates 23 venues in major cities around the UK. The business launched their first international location in Berlin, Germany in 2023. Hannah oversees all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding, through to career development, training and service delivery. Hannah also looks after our community engagement, ED&I and is a strong advocate for mental health.
