Martin has been with Shepherd Neame for 28 years, with roles including retail design manager, retail property manager and head of property services. He was appointed director of property services in July 2022. Shepherd Neame operates over 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East, including Kent, with a mix of tenanted and managed pubs and hotels.
