Richard Lewis joined RedCat Hospitality as the group chief executive in late 2023 having previously worked alongside group founder Rooney Anand at Greene King. Under his leadership, RedCat has undergone a period of transformation and strategic refocus, prioritising its pubs with rooms model and the expansion of the Coaching Inn Group as a core growth engine. During his leadership, Lewis has steered the business through portfolio restructuring, investment programmes, and strong trading performance.
