Andy has been CEO of Punch Pubs & Co, now backed by Fortress Investment Group, since October 2024, having joined the company as MD in 2019. He began his 27 year career at Allied Domecq as a graduate trainee, then held Director level positions at Greene King, the Metropolitan Pub Company and Brewhouse & Kitchen. Punch Pubs & Co has 1300 pubs and is headquartered in the traditional brewing centre of Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire.
