Nick Collins joined Loungers in 2012 and went on to be promoted to COO in 2014, and CEO in 2015. He led the company through its IPO in 2019, and its take private deal with Fortress Investment Group in 2025. A chartered accountant, he was previously a finance director at Capital Pub Company (2008–2011), and co-founded London sandwich chain Fuzzy's Grub, which grew to eight outlets.
