James Dye co-founded High Note Hospitality with Benjy Leibowitz in 2025. Their first project, The Knave of Clubs in Shoreditch, was acclaimed for its 'proper pub' offering, and was followed by the successful opening of One Club Row, a restaurant inspired by the brasseries of Paris and taverns of New York. With more projects in the pipeline, Dye is also a founder at the bar-restaurant Bambi, deli and wine shop Gladwell's, and co-owner of The Camberwell Arms.
