Helen has worked with Heartwood Collection since 2011, she is responsible for the company’s overall people strategy, including recruitment, learning & culture, and employee relations. After starting with Heartwood Collection as finance director, Helen transitioned to her current role in 2018, bringing valuable insights from both finance and people management. She is passionate about fostering a positive work environment, rooted in Heartwood’s core values, to ensure the company continues to prioritise and develop its people as the business grows.
