Ollie has been with Fuller’s for nearly three years, where he is developing and delivering the pub company’s environmental and social sustainability ambitions, including ensuring the business achieves Net Zero in advance of 2030 across operations and 2040 within the supply chain. He previously led the program to reduce the environmental impact at Costa Coffee, building an environment programme from the ground up, and delivering a 46% reduction in energy usage across the business.
