Chantelle is director of people & culture at Drake & Morgan – a collection of 16 bars and restaurants across London & Manchester – where she oversees all people-related elements of the business. Chantelle has worked in the hospitality sector for more than ten years and handles all of Drake & Morgan’s training and recruitment, HR/ER and payroll, as well as spearheading the Onboarding Academy, monthly training schools, and a mentorship scheme. She also played a pivotal role in securing Drake & Morgan’s place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year in a row.
