Frazer is the managing director of Craft Union Pub Company, the operator-managed division of Stonegate Group. He is a co-founder of the business and has been a central figure in its growth from a single site in 2015 to an estate of approximately 650 community-led pubs. Also serving on Stonegate’s operating board, prior to leading Craft Union, Frazer held senior operational roles at SSP UK and The Restaurant Group.
