Ethan co-founded Chickpea Group in 2019 with his sister, Jordan, and best mate from school, Tommy. The group now operates 10 'Chickpea' food-led pubs with rooms throughout the Southwest, as well as five wet-led pubs and a standalone sourdough pizza shop. Ethan leads the business as CEO and is responsible for delivering the group's next phase of growth, with four openings planned in the next 12 months and plenty more in the pipeline.
