Jayson Perfect originally joined Liberation Group, now known as Butcombe Group, in 2017 as managing director and was promoted to COO in early 2024. Originally from South Africa, he has over 23 years of hospitality experience, from single site management to directorship. Prior to joining Butcombe, he was tenanted trade director at Palmers brewery for five years, and before that spent 14 years at Fuller’s in the managed house division.
