James was one of the founders of Amber Taverns in 2005. Starting with one pub, Amber now has nearly two hundred sites, all of which run under the Operator Managed model of which Amber were pioneers. Amber were one of the first companies to invest in wet-led community pubs and have proved that, with a strong retail offer, they have a vibrant future.
