He has two decades of UK and cross-border experience in advising clients on buy- and sell-side M&A, raising or refinancing equity and debt, valuation matters, special-situations M&A, and financial restructurings. His experience was achieved across a broad range of industries but with a particular focus on consumer-based sectors, including hospitality and leisure and retail.
